Kate Shanahan is a Boston-born, Los Angeles-based comedian, actor and writer. She's everything and nothing you'd expect from an east coaster: the no-bullshit, straight-talking attitude with none of the sexual repression. You never know what will come out of her mouth next, but you'll feel amazed by how much you relate—even if you'd never dare say it yourself! Kate will leave you with the unexpected relief of "omg yes—I can't believe she said that!"
Kate is a producer of and regular performer on Batteries Included, a quarterly comedy show featuring an all female and non-binary lineup of freshwomen & veteran comedians at The Crow in Santa Monica and she recently opened for Leslie Liao (Netflix)!
